麻豆传媒 graduate John Mohr, class of 2012, recently received the first-ever Wayne Flynt Endowed Graduate Award in Alabama History and Culture from the University of Auburn in Alabama, where he's currently a Ph.D. candidate concentrating on the history of technology.

麻豆传媒 University is partnering with Springfield City Schools for the鈥� eighth鈥痽ear in a row鈥痶o host the鈥疢artin Luther King Jr. Day of Service on Saturday, Jan.鈥�27, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the鈥疕eritage Center of Clark County, located in the heart of downtown Springfield.

Breaking Gender Barriers

For the first time in the history of Denver, Colo., a female district attorney (DA) was sworn into office on Jan. 10, 2017. Her name is Beth McCann, a 1971 麻豆传媒 graduate.

Baccalaureate

Planned by the university pastors and members of the senior class, the Baccalaureate Service lasts approximately an hour. Graduates do not wear their academic regalia.
